At Elegance Beauty Online Store, we value your satisfaction and understand the importance of a flexible return policy. To ensure a smooth and fair return process, while safeguarding against misuse the following conditions apply. We encourage you to read them carefully before reaching out to our support team.

Return & Replacement Policy

1. Defective Items: If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery. A video recording while unboxing the product is required to validate the claim.

2. Wrongly Delivered Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement.

3. General Return Conditions:
  3.1. The product must be in unused, original condition with all stickers, tags, and packaging intact.
  3.2. Items must be sent back within 3 days of receiving the order.
  3.3. Refund Policy: We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be eligible for replacement product.

4. Products will only be exchanged if they’re in original condition. This entails being unopened, sealed, undamaged, with all stickers and tags are intact and packed in their original packing.

5. Replacement will only be issued against claims that are posted back to our warehouse in 3 days of delivery date. Once the return is received and analyzed by quality assurance team, replacement will be issued upon successful product condition evaluation.

6. Record video before opening the parcel to claim any damage or missing product. Claims without video record will regrettably not be able to proceed further.

7. No cash will be returned, only product can be exchanged.

8. The items being returned are customers’ responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so should be properly packed to avoid delivery damages.

9. Replacement of same product & shade will be preferred. Change of mind or shade or product is not encouraged for replacement – please report the case in detail to Customer Service team for any possibility.

10. Products will only be returned if they are in their original condition. This entails that they are unused, not damaged, all stickers and tags intact and packed in their original packing.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Time: Our delivery time nationwide is 3-5 working days or earlier, after the order has been confirmed. The delivery time of all orders is subject to change depending on weather and public safety conditions.

Tracking the Order: Once the order is dispatched & out for delivery, customers will receive a text message with the details of the tracking number and courier company that is processing their order. Customers can track their order after the 24 hours of the order has been dispatched by entering their tracking number in courier’s portal. Riders are advised to contact customers at the time of delivery, so customers are required to be available on the contact number they have provided in shipping details.
